Since our inception, Cedarware has utilized professional quality systems in our manufacturing and engineering departments. This has lead to our ISO 13485 certification for design, development and manufacture of medical devices. These quality policies are also applied to our customers outside of the medical field, to ensure excellence in all areas of product development and manufacturing.

Our Quality Statement

Cedarware’s Quality System is specifically intended for the design, development, and manufacture of medical devices which meet the requirements of our clients and exceed their expectations. The management and personnel of Cedarware are committed to achieving quality through the following objectives:

• Focusing on the customer by applying innovation and flexibility to meet their needs 

• Utilizing a framework of employee and client feedback, internal audits, management reviews and corrective and preventive action to continually improve our quality processes

• Establishing a collaborative atmosphere between management, personnel, and clients for continuous improvement and problem prevention   

• Working in a manner consistent with our documented quality-management system and applicable standards and regulations,  to ensure our products and services are safe and effective for their intended use.
