President

With over 30 years of experience in product design and development, Steven has founded two highly successful tech startup companies, Laserink and Inlight, the core technologies of which integrated lasers with microprocessor controlled optics to deliver precise amounts of focused laser energy for industrial and medical applications. Laserink’s Z-CODE (Markem Smartlase) family products became the bestselling and most successful low-cost laser coder products.

Adam Hickerson

Vice President, Engineering

An experienced project manager and design engineer, Adam has excelled as the technical lead for several early, fast-paced startups. He has diverse design experience in multiple fields including biometrics, ballistics, sensors, computer vision, robotics, networking, wireless communication, and novel wireless network topologies. Adam has guided many startup products through commercial and medical product safety testing to support their regulatory approvals.
